Greenway Strings is Recruiting

Greenway Strings was formed in 2008 with a view to playing mostly baroque and classical chamber music, with an emphasis on stylistic preparation. From 2011 we will be meeting on the 2nd Sunday of every month at St.Mary's Church, Alsager.

We are also involved with composer Barnaby Smith's "Footloose" project (bringing music from the TV series "Footloose In Europe" to the live stage), which rehearses on the 4th Sunday of every month at the same venue.

Our current repertoire includes:

Violin Concerto Op.3 No.6 in A Minor (Vivaldi)
Violin Concerto Op.3 No.8 in A Minor (Vivaldi)
